Sino-Japan Joint Venture Sawane Spring (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. is the first joint venture company in the Spring industry of China, which is held by China First Automobile Works (60% sharing) and Japan Sawane Spring Co., Ltd. (40% sharing).
  We focus on developing and manufacturing Spring products for Engine valve spring and Fuel injection equipment spring etc, which are widely applied in fields of civilian and military, e.g. auto, locomotive, watercraft, machinery of agriculture and gymnasium, electron and so on. Our production capacity is more than 90 million pieces of springs every year. We are qualified by IATF16949 quality management system and ISO14001 environment management system firstly in this Spring industry.
  Since our company was established, we have enlarged its business work-scope continuously with numerical controlled and imported key machines. We are getting much superiority than competitors based on China First Automobile Works’ solid technologies and the advanced management experiences of Japan Sawane Spring Co., Ltd.
  As a vice-director of China Spring Standardization and Technology Committee, we attended International Conference as a representative of China. In addition, we as the director enacted and revised more than 20 pieces of National and Spring Industry Standards. Thus, we have made a lot of contribution to the development of Spring industry and have gotten well-known in the field and customers.
